We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a General Laborer. This position involves a variety of manual labor tasks to support day-to-day operations on the farm. The ideal candidate is physically fit (lift up to 50 pounds), enjoys working outdoors, and can work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops
Moving and picking up rocks
Feed, water, and care for livestock (animals)
Maintain and move equipment and machinery
Load and unload farm products, tools, and materials
Clean and maintain working areas
Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment as required
Perform other general labor duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Previous farm or outdoor labor experience is a plus but not required
Ability to perform physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing for long periods
Willingness to work in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic and reliability

**Room and board can be provided as well
